Purchase, Subscription, and Cancellation Policy

At Element 5™, we aim to make your purchasing experience as seamless as possible. This policy outlines how subscriptions and pre-orders work, including how to cancel or modify these purchases.

Subscriptions

Repeat Deliveries: Subscriptions allow you to receive repeat deliveries based on the duration and frequency you select at checkout.

Payment:

Your payment details will be securely stored.

You’ll be charged for each delivery unless you choose to pay in advance.

Auto-Renewal: Some subscriptions may automatically renew at the end of their duration. If you don’t wish to renew, you can cancel at any time.

Managing Your Subscription:

To cancel or make changes, use the links provided in your order confirmation emails.

Pre-Orders

What is a Pre-Order?: A pre-order allows you to purchase a product that is out of stock or soon-to-be-available.

Payment:

We may collect no payment, partial deposit or full payment at checkout.

Your payment method will be securely stored, and the remaining payment will be charged when the product is ready to ship where relevant. 

Cancellations:

You can cancel a pre-order that has not yet been fulfilled.

Once the order has been fulfilled, cancellations are not possible, but you can request a refund as per our Returns Policy.
