Christmas Delivery Schedule
Orders received (including subscriptions) after 12PM on the 22nd December will be dispatched on the 29th December.

• Estimated Delivery Time: Delivery times typically range from 1 to 3 working days after dispatch. While we aim for prompt delivery, please note that unforeseen circumstances such as peak seasons or weather delays may impact transit times.
Dispatch and Handling
• Handling Time: Orders are processed and dispatched within 0–1 working days (Monday to Friday).
Shipping Carriers
• We primarily use Royal Mail 24 shipping, but alternative couriers may be used to ensure the best delivery service for your location.
Delivery Address
Please ensure the address provided during checkout is accurate and complete. We cannot be held responsible for delays or undelivered packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Delivery Attempts

Stolen Packages
Unfortunately, if a package is marked as successfully delivered but is subsequently stolen, we cannot be held responsible for providing a replacement. We encourage customers to take appropriate measures to secure packages upon delivery.
Return to Sender
If a package is returned to us due to incorrect or insufficient address information, we will contact you to confirm the correct address and arrange for reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.
