To qualify for a return:

• The item must be in the same condition you received it: unopened, with the lid seal intact, and in its original packaging.
• The package must include the order number or the tracking number associated with your return.

How Returns Work

1. Contact us at hello@tryelement5.com to request a return.
2. Once approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.
3. Important: Returns sent without prior approval or without the required order/tracking information will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at hello@tryelement5.com, so we can evaluate and resolve the issue promptly.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

• Opened products (even if partially used).
• Items returned outside the 14-day cooling-off period.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you if the refund is approved. If approved:

• Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
• Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
